Shipping process

Package transportation process: the customer places the order on the same day → the staff handles the delivery the next day → transports to the customer's location → arrives at the outlet near the location → the courier calls the customer's phone to contact the package delivery → successfully contact the customer and deliver the package → the customer signs for receipt

Notes:

1. When the package is successfully shipping, you will receive a confirmation call from customer service and a Whatsapp message with a tracking number.

2. There are two ways to sign and receive the package: wait for the courier to contact for delivery, or the guest picks it up at the corresponding outlet.
